Located at 820 Quadrangle, Cookeville, Tenn. This building was formerly known as West Hall. In 1962 this building was renamed Bartoo Hall after Dr. Dorr Raymond Bartoo, who was chairman of Tennessee Polytechnic Institute's Department of Biology from 1929 until 1943.
