Located at 35 Golden Eagle Circle, Cookeville, Tenn. This building was formerly known as Dormitory E for Women. In 1971 this building was renamed Jobe Hall after Elsie Jobe, who was a Tennessee Polytechnic Instutite faculty member in the Physical Education Department from 1924 until 1969.
